PRICES
- Prices are correct at time of ordering, however, they are subject to change at any time.
- All merchandise is billed at prices effective on date of order.
- Requests for formal quotations should be sent to our office in Ontario, California.
- Quotations are valid for sixty (60) days and ready for immediate acceptance.
TERMS
- Invoices are payable upon receipt, NET 10 days.
- Accounts open after 30 days shall be subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge (18% per annum), unless special payment terms
are arranged in advance prior to shipment of merchandise.
- H & H Company accepts Cash, Checks (Drafted on an U.S. Funds Account), Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express.
TAXES
Applicable sales taxes will be added to all prices of merchandise within California. A tax
exempt certificate must be on file with H & H Company prior to shipment of merchandise to
alleviate tax within California.
SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE
- Shipment of merchandise is made by United Parcel Service Ground shipping inside the
continental U.S.A. or by U. S. Air Mail for international shipping. If you desire special handling,
please advise our staff when ordering.
- All shipments are F.O.B. Ontario, California.
- Claims for lost or damaged merchandise should be filed immediately with the transportation carrier as they assume all responsibility during shipping.
- Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise and the damaged package
must be retained for inspection by the carrier.
- Claims for shortages or misshipped items must be filed immediately with
H & H Company in order to receive proper credit or correct items.
MINIMUM ORDER
H & H Company does not require a minimum order.
RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY
- All requests to return merchandise must be authorized by a
H & H Company Customer Service representative. The date of shipment and the invoice number must be provided to Customer Service at the time the return request is made.
- Items returned for refund must be returned with all supporting documentation and in saleable condition.
- A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged ON ALL GOODS RETURNED.
- All credits, refunds, exchanges and fees will be accessed at the discretion of
H & H Company once the items are received and inspected.
WARRANTY
All H & H Company products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Any product which proves defective in workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and for use of instrumentation beyond limitations.
All Extraction Forceps, Rongeurs, Scissors, and Needleholders are guaranteed for the first three (3) years of normal use.
Warranty is voided if instruments are not stored and sterilized properly (see Instrument
Care). Any modification or alteration made to our instruments will render the warranty null and
void.
REPAIRS
Instruments sent in for repair can usually be restored to a serviceable condition. This
service is provided for all surgical instruments, regardless of manufacturer. Instruments must
be sterilized prior to returning. Our normal delivery time is seven to ten working days after
receipt of the shipment. Special orders may take slightly longer. Instruments deemed "Non
Repairable" or "Non Retippable" will be returned.
H & H Company guarantees complete satisfaction for all services performed. If for any
reason you are not satisfied, return the instrument(s) within 15 days for inspection. Further
service will be performed without charge or credit will be given.
CUSTOM DEVICES
H & H Company Custom Device Department provides everyone with surgical
instrumentation customized to individuals specifications. All custom devices are non-
returnable for credit.

catalog. In addition, a description of each item ordered and any special instructions relating to
the mode of shipment desired will help expedite your order.
